The Yogi & Yogini Jute Yoga Mat offers excellent grip, is supple and lightweight for comfortable and safe exercise. Suitable for yoga styles with light to moderate intensity, such as Hatha and Yin Yoga. Not suitable for more intense styles, such as Power Yoga or Ashtanga.

Storage and maintenance
After use, roll up and store in a dry place. Clean with natural soap and water or with a yoga mat cleaner. Hang to dry.
