Yoga Egg support block egg-shaped

These egg-shaped yoga blocks are used by practitioners of Iyengar, Anusara, Ashtanga, therapeutic and power yoga. They are used, among other things, to support the back during exercises involving a hollow back or as support under the hands. They are also widely used as a tool in physiotherapy.

Natural material - odorless - rounded edges and corners for ease of use - slightly springy yet firm - lightweight - non-slip

Environmentally friendly harvesting – Cork is a 100% natural, recyclable and biodegradable material obtained through an environmentally friendly harvesting process.

Hand-harvested for a long life – No trees are felled to harvest cork; instead, the bark is harvested by hand every 9 years. Cork oaks can live up to 300 years!

Supporting biodiversity – Approximately 6.6 million hectares of Mediterranean cork oak forests stretch across Portugal, Spain, Algeria, Morocco, Italy, Tunisia and France. These oak forests are also one of the world's largest forests with a high level of biodiversity, second only to the Amazon rainforest.

Maintenance: Clean with a warm, damp cloth.
