Yoga Egg support block egg-shaped

These egg-shaped yoga blocks are used by practitioners of Iyengar, Anusara, Ashtanga, Therapeutic and Power yoga. Used, among other things, to support the back during exercises with hollow back or as support under the hands. They are also widely used in physiotherapy as an aid.

These oak forests also form one of the world’s largest forests with a high level of biodiversity, second only to the Amazon rainforest.
