Multifunctional training in a compact space
The KLT23 is wall-mounted for maximum stability and safety. When not in use, the cage can be easily folded up to take up minimal space. This is ideal for those with limited training space. When folded, the cage only protrudes 31 cm from the wall! The KLT23 from HMS is a sturdy construction that allows for a wide range of exercises.
Pull-up bar and barbell hooks
The multifunctional pull-up bar offers different grips to develop your back, shoulder and chest muscles. Pull-ups are one of the most effective upper body exercises, because they activate multiple muscle groups and improve joint mobility. You can also lighten them with resistance bands. The KLT23 is also equipped with two barbell hooks that can be mounted at any desired height.
Safety supports
The special safety supports can be attached to the frame and ensure maximum safety when training with heavy weights. They are height-adjustable and ideal for exercises such as bench presses or squats. Thanks to these supports, you can safely go to the limit during your workout.
