The UWC91 HMS is a double handle, specially designed for upper or lower pole training and attachment of training bands. These handles are suitable for a wide range of exercises for different muscle groups of the upper body, from small muscles such as biceps and triceps to shoulders, back and chest.
The rubber handle provides extra comfort and prevents calluses on the hands. The perfectly matched diameter of the grip promotes a firm grip, which actively engages the forearm muscles during training. The handles are attached to strong nylon straps that can withstand heavy loads.
The UWC91 HMS is ideal for muscle growth and stretching in combination with training bands. Suitable for upper pole, lower pole and exercise bands.
