HMS Rowing Handle – V-Shape Handle

The HMS Rowing Handle – V-Shape Handle (UW08 HMS) is specially designed for back training on an upper or lower pulley. Thanks to the V-shape, this handle offers a wider range of motion than a straight or narrow grip, which ensures better muscle activation and therefore a more effective workout.

The ergonomic design ensures a natural hand position and forces correct execution of the exercise. The grip distance of 335 mm makes it possible to train from other angles than with a standard narrow grip, which contributes to a full development of the back muscles. The serrated steel handles ensure optimum grip, even under heavy loads, and at the same time train the forearms through the required pinching force.

Made of high quality chrome plated steel, this handle can withstand heavy use and heavy weights.
