PU10 MULTI from HMS is an innovative and multifunctional board designed for performing arm bends in the forward position, so-called push-ups.
The board makes it possible to train almost the entire upper body. This is done by changing the angle of the handles. Each change of angle makes it possible to activate a different muscle group, or to train the same muscle in a slightly different way. This ensures a more comprehensive development. The board makes it possible to work on the muscles of the chest, triceps, shoulders and back. Each muscle group is marked with a different color on the board, and the color is described. Therefore, adjusting the setting is quick and easy.
At the bottom, the product is equipped with special rubber stickers that prevent slipping. The material applied to the handles also ensures a firm grip during training.
