The HMS Hip Thrust & Deadlift Platform is a multifunctional training platform specifically designed for hip thrusts, deadlifts and other effective strength training exercises. Thanks to the adjustable backrest, non-slip surface and the possibility to add resistance bands, this is the ideal device for both gyms and personal training studios.
Fully customizable
The backrest of the HMS Hip Thrust & Deadlift Platform is adjustable in 4 heights and 4 angles , so you always train in the right position. Perfect for exercises such as hip thrusts, glute bridges or leg extensions - regardless of your body type or training level.
Resistance bands for an extra challenge
On both sides of the platform there are a total of 8 pins for attaching resistance bands . This way you can easily add extra tension to your exercises, such as deadlifts and hip thrusts. In addition, the 4 handles provide more variation in exercises, such as push-ups or band pulls.
Safe and stable
The platform base is equipped with a non-slip layer for maximum stability, even during heavier lifts. The included mat protects your back during lying exercises, so you can train comfortably and without risk.
