Medicine Ball HMS

The NKU HMS ball with handle combines the advantages of training with dumbbells and medicine balls. Thanks to the comfortable, non-slip handles, you can freely train every muscle group. It is an interesting alternative way of training instead of with dumbbells. With these balls, you can perform all exercises that are normally done with a regular medicine ball, but thanks to the handles, the exercises become a little easier. They can be used for any type of training. Thanks to these balls, the growth of strength, endurance, coordination and joint mobility is no problem.
