The weight and dimensions of each plate are calibrated, meaning that the actual weight is within a margin of +1% to -1%. The internal diameter is precisely matched to Olympic bars, and the precise finishing ensures stability during intense workouts.
The disc sleeve is made of stainless steel, which makes it easier to place and remove the weights on the barbell. In addition, this construction contributes to the stability of the weights on the bar.
