The crosstrainer is equipped with a modern LCD display and offers connectivity with your smartphone or tablet via the iConsole+ app (iOS/Android). This gives you access to interactive training options and progress monitoring.
You can choose from 16 training programs , including HRC (heart rate controlled), WATT, fat measurement, recovery mode and 12 preset programs. The heart rate sensors in the handles ensure that you can accurately monitor your heart rate during training. Important training data such as time, speed, distance, calorie consumption, heart rate and body fat are clearly displayed on the display.
