The GO685 HMS Olympic bar is made of hardened chrome steel. The HMS bar is known for its strength combined with perfect flexibility. The set includes the bar and 2 locking clamps.

The secure and comfortable grip is guaranteed by the ribbed structure. The maximum load is 680 kilograms. The diameter of 28 mm ensures comfort during training. The chrome steel guarantees a beautiful appearance and a long life of the product. It also offers excellent protection against rust.

The GO685 HMS Olympic bar has 8 needle rollers (4 on each side), which ensure smooth and silent rotation of the load. The construction of the bar eliminates stress on the ends of the cylinders, which allows the bearing to be used longer. Despite the small cross-section, the needle rollers have high rigidity and load capacity.

The two locking clamps included in the set ensure a stable position of the weights on the bar during the exercise. The clamps have rubber pressure pads, so they do not damage the plates or the bar, but they remain firmly in place.
