The HMS Hex Bar 170 cm - 80 mm (GHX02B) is a hexagonal Olympic barbell, designed for strength training. This bar is mainly used for deadlifts. Thanks to the shape and placement of the handles, the bar remains in line with the body during the exercise - unlike a regular barbell, which lies in front of the legs. This position makes performing deadlifts easier, especially for beginners.
The bar is also ideal for shrugs and farmer's walks, as it does not restrict your freedom of movement when you hold it.
The HMS Hex Bar 170 cm - 80 mm is compatible with weight plates of 51 mm diameter. By using different weights, you can easily adjust the intensity to your training goals.
