Olympic Bar

The GCFD450 HMS Olympic bar is made of the highest quality materials. This bar is known for its strength combined with perfect flexibility. The set includes the bar and 2 locking rings. The GCFD450 HMS Olympic bar has 4 needle roller bearings (2 on each side), which ensure that the load rotates smoothly and silently. The construction of the bar reduces the load on the ends of the cylinders, which allows the bearings to last longer. Despite the small cross-section, the needle roller bearings offer high rigidity and load capacity.

The two included clamps ensure a stable position of the weights on the bar during the exercise. The clamps have rubber pressure plates that do not damage the plates or bars, but do ensure a firm position.
