DSC03 HMS is a wooden box intended for different types of CrossFit training. By turning the box on its sides, we can obtain three different heights that can be used depending on the level of the practitioner.
The material of the box is wooden plywood, placed in puzzle-like overlaps that guarantee the stability and durability of the construction. In addition, the walls are covered with a special coating that prevents the shoes from slipping during the exercise.
