The Classic Spine Corrector is used to align, stretch, strengthen and lengthen the spine, shoulder girdle, hips and powerhouse. All of the original workouts can be performed precisely on this beautiful piece. The patent pending rotating alignment handles ensure proper alignment of the arm, elbow and wrist. The openings in the frame make this spine corrector lighter and easier to move, as well as some additional hand placements to accommodate different shoulder considerations for more advanced workouts. The new design makes for easy storage, simply stack to save space (recommended height is 2 high).
