Atlas X3 HMS is a classic Smith machine, additionally equipped with elements that offer extensive training possibilities.

The Smith machine is a device that supports beginners during a workout and offers advanced users many possibilities to diversify their training. The design offers completely new possibilities for strength training. This is mainly due to the combination of the sliding mechanism with the bar and a safety system.

The device can train both the lower and upper muscles, as it is also suitable for training with a bench. Classic squats, squats with a step forward, bench press, sit-ups and many other exercises are possible. In the case of the X3 model, however, this is only the beginning. The device is also equipped with additional support for push-ups and a special leg support. The latter makes it possible to perform bends from a lying position. This solution involves the abdominal and chest muscles in your training with the weight of your own body.

The X3 Smith machine is made of the highest quality materials. It is a stable device with a maximum permissible weight of 136 kg. Thanks to the supports at the back of the product, storing weights is no longer a problem. The ribbed bar fits perfectly in the hands and thanks to the clamps and the correct diameter of the bar flange, the weights do not swing during training.
