ABX02 HMS – Arm Trainer. The Arm Blaster is a device that ensures perfect flexion of the forearms when we support the arms during strength training. In this way we maximize the efficiency of our workout.
The ABX02 allows for a correct isolation of the biceps, which allows us to avoid ineffective training and muscle stagnation. This is a common problem when training the forearms – we rely on the support of other muscle groups (such as swinging, using the shoulders, etc.) and do not force our biceps to sufficient physical effort.
An additional advantage of this device is the stabilization of the torso and the reduced risk of injuries due to technical errors.
The device comes with an adjustable strap that allows free adjustment to the user's height.
